AP testing registration information was distributed in AP classes last week. All students who wish to take an AP exam in May must submit their registration form and their $86 payment, per test, by March 18. Some financial aid is available; students should see their letter for information or should contact Brooke Dillon, AP Coordinator, at 425-413-6245, or bdillon@tahomasd.us for information.
There will be a Hoedown for Haiti (setup by Marissa Landeis for her Senior Project). The dance is in the Auxiliary gym from 7-10pm on March 18th; From 7 to 8:30 there will be a hired professional leading those who attend the dance in swing dancing, line dancing, and square dancing. At 8:30 the students will be allowed to dance in a normal dance sort of fashion; this will last until 10pm.
All the proceeds of this dance will go to the Red Cross fund for Haiti. The tickets go on sale at the cashier on March 4th, they are $5, or if students choose to buy them at the door they are $7.
The prizes will go to the best-dressed advisory class, and the top three advisory classes that have the most students from their class at the dance.
